Comments: As always, the dim sum was great and I wish I could have eaten more. It's the perfect sunday-morning-been-out-late-drinking-the-night-before place to eat. The waiters are great, I love their bow ties :)

Stir-fried green beans - Awesome, they mixed in some kind of salty pork sausage or something.


Pan-fried pork buns - these are way better than potstickers, crispy on the outside, creamy on the inside.


Wontons in spicy sauce - This is the reason we go to Chiang's.


Potstickers - I didn't realize that "fried dumplings" on the menu meant "potstickers" :P
